Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Research has shown that eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day, chances you must have heard that time to time. while many people acknowledge importance of good breakfast, very few people actually partake in it, it is difficult for many people especially in this part of the world Lagos Nigeria, were you have to get up so early to be able to get to work on time to beat traffic or probably there is no power (lets not even go there) or other reasons best known to you.
Personally i don't like to cook in the morning because i have got some chores to do even if i do not have to get up early to go to work, what i do is i have leftover food from previous night& warm it to eat (though the meals are not usually breakfast kind of meals, but hey! its better to have something than nothing in the stomach).
*Study has shown that breakfast affects everything such as:
*Performance at work/ school (it boost& also promotes mental acuity).
*Helps to reduce craving for sugary food throughout the rest of the day.
*Boost your metabolism to boost.
