Evacuation Demonstration

A couple of my colleagues & i had this demonstration --->planned & unplanned emergency evacuation drills (jumping out of the plane , lol ), it would have been a disaster if one had worn any thing else aside from jeans & sneakers. I had so much fun as i was the lead demonstrator, too bad there were no pictures taken while demonstrating as we were in for serious business, NCAA officials were on board to watch & give verdict. So  we had to be serious.

Obsessed with Ankara

This days i don't quite seem to understand why all of a sudden i want to wear Ankara almost everyday not that i do exactly its just that feeling. I think  it comes with the age & also getting to choose my very comfy styles...

I saw these pair in a store which i instantly i had goose bumps, i was almost trying them on wishing it was unisex" indeed!! Funny right? lool. The love i have for good shoes can  be so outrageous.  My shoes are never enough.

LGD (little grey dress)

Crocs is made of rubber, which is worn casually. It has got breathing room for the feet which avoids sweaty & smelly feet.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Research has shown that eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day, chances you must have heard that time to time. while many people acknowledge importance of good breakfast, very few people actually partake in it, it is difficult for many people especially in this part of the world Lagos Nigeria, were you have to get up so early to be able to get to work on time to beat traffic or probably there is no power (lets not even go there) or other reasons best known to you.
Personally i don't like to cook in the morning because i have got some chores to do even if i do not have to get up early to go to work, what i do is i have leftover food from previous night& warm it to eat (though the meals are not usually breakfast kind of meals, but hey! its better to have something than nothing in the stomach).
*Study has shown that breakfast affects everything such as:
*Performance at work/ school (it boost& also promotes mental acuity).
*Helps to reduce craving for sugary food throughout the rest of the day.
*Boost your metabolism to boost.

which hair style will suit mi?

 I had my hair cut about 1 year & some months ago, I really liked it& of course i got many complements, but  i have had my hair grown back, i still wanna cut it but i am not sure if i still got that liver plus some family & friends have advised i do not, particularly my hair stylist who says he won't cut my hair anymore. Lol.
My fiancee Loved it & think i should cut it again. Anyways in-case i wont' be cutting it, i have decided to fix a pixie style..

RIP Goldie (Return if Possible)

Goldie was a sensational Diva people didn't really  understand, she was very hardworking during her time in terms of staying relevant in the music industry, which she did, whether you like or not she was one of the most talked female singer in Nigeria. She got got judge by by many people especially during her time in BBA house in 2012. One thing we all forget to remember is that we all are humans & we are not in any way perfect, we judge people but we don't want to be judged. I keep telling people not to run their mouths over whoever is successful, instead we pray to God to let us become successful than we are now.. Whether we liked it or not Goldie was successful in her own way.....  I pray that her soul is happy were ever she is& she is resting in God's bosom...AMEN!!, she was just 31 years of age.. So so so Sad...

Been a while

Hi people, yeah yeah i know its been ages since i last updated not to talk of opening the blog its self..
Ok- so i am saying Happy new months!!!!! and also Happy new Year, yes i am ashamed of myself.. But honestly, its Work!!! Plus my laptop had issues for a while. I am happy i am back and i am not going no where..
So how has it been this past few months? How was your new Christmas, New Year, Generally how have you been?.......
Well this year, my years resolutions are to reduce my eating , drink lots of water, reduce intake of aerated drinks & of course do loads of exercise (i have been doing lots of swimming & has helped me in toning my muscles, they have become firmer) unlike before i get tired easily but after skipping up to 200 or more, i can take down anyone...Lool....  i can proudly say i have burnt the fats in my tummy, though as you know i am of  small size, my eating habits made my tummy *whew* nothing i am proud of, but Hey!! it's all gone...
There is no harm in exercising, guyz please give it a try...........
